In 2014, there were approximately 279,100 personal trainer jobs. In 2016, that number increased to 299,200 jobs. Let's do the math, in two years, personal training jobs increased by 20,100 jobs which is a 7% increase. Now you have to think, what is going to set me apart from the other 299,200 (or more) trainers out there? How are they going to find me? That is where marketing comes into play. Hand out some flyers where there is heavy foot traffic
A social media presence that shows a clean brand but is very personable
A business website
